Summer Smoothie Recipe

Jumpstart your summer with this protein packed fruit smoothie full of vitamin C, magnesium and potassium. I also love adding a scoop of vital proteins which helps support healthy hair, nails, skin, and joints. Throw all ingredients into your Vitamix or any kind of blender and mix for approximately 1 minute.


  • A handful each of frozen mango pineapple and strawberries

  • A handful of greens

  • 1/4 of an avocado

  • 1/4 teaspoon of agave for sweetener option (as needed)

  • 2 cups water (or sub with almond or any kind of milk)

  • 1/4 teaspoon of chia seeds

  • 1 Scoop of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
